Second Wave Vintage has been finding and selling archive designer clothing for over ten years. Every designer piece we sell is authentic and has been checked by our small team at our Bristol studio before it reaches the site.
How we check every piece

We inspect it by hand
Every designer piece is checked in house. We look closely at the labels, tags, stitching, hardware and materials, because that's where the details of a real piece show.

We research the era and label
Brands changed their labels, tags and construction over the decades. We compare each piece against known examples from the same brand and period, so we can date it properly.
Why our experience matters
What started as a side income at university is now a full time archive of pieces from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. After more than ten years of handling brands like these, we know what these pieces should look and feel like.
One of a kind, never restocked
Everything we sell is a single original piece. Once it's gone, it's gone. We've built up thousands of 5 star reviews across our shop and the other platforms we sell on.
