Authenticity

Is your clothing authentic?

Yes. Every designer piece is hand checked by our team in Bristol and researched against known examples from its brand and era.

How do you check a piece?

We inspect the labels, tags, stitching, hardware and materials, then compare them with other pieces from the same period. Read more about how we check.

How long have you been selling vintage?

Over ten years. We started as a side income at university and now run as a full time archive from our Bristol studio.

The clothing

What eras do you sell?

We specialise in archive and designer pieces from the 80s, 90s and 2000s.

Will you restock an item?

No. Every piece is one of a kind, so once it sells, it's gone.

What condition are the items in?

All our pieces are pre owned vintage. We note any faults in the listing, so check the description and photos before you buy.

How do I find my size?

Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing, so take a look at our size guide.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

UK shipping is free. Worldwide shipping is £15.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with a tracked service.

Will I pay customs fees?

Any customs fees or import charges in your country are paid by the recipient.

Returns

Can I return an item?

As a small independent business, choosing an exchange or store credit really helps us out, and it's the quickest way to find a piece you'll love. If you'd still prefer to return your item, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items need to come back in the same condition they were sent.

Can I exchange instead?

Yes. You can exchange your item for something of the same or similar value that's currently on our site, or take store credit to use whenever you like.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage is paid by the buyer.

How do I start a return?
